This I Love Somebody Series and discussion leader's manuals were designed to be used by staff who serve families in which children age birth to three years are at established, biological or environmental risk and have parents with special needs/mental retardation.

No reading skills are required by the viewer. Produced by Project CAPABLE an outreach project at the University Affiliated Cincinnati Center for Developmental Disorders.
