Integrating Music and Movement with Literacy

This program teaches viewers how to integrate music and movement with literacy in the early childhood classroom. Strategies are demonstrated with live classroom footage of teachers using music and movement to teach a wide array of literary concepts.

Six sections focus on these literacy skills: Vocabulary Development, Oral Language (Listening and Responding), Story-telling, Concept Development, Classification, and Phonemic Awareness.
