Volume 1: Baby Basics. 35 minutes.
The five topics include:
1) why dads are essential,
2) going to prenatal exams and classes, healthy habits, finances and taking time off,
3) labor and birth,
4) emotions -- postpartum blues for both parents, and intimacy, and
5) baby care.

Volume 2: Involved From the Start. 30 minutes.
The six topics include:
1) child development, health, and safety,
2) positive discipline,
3) personal goals,
4) relating,
5) work and family, and
6) single fatherhood.
